Bonham ISD School Closure: Thursday, February 11th

Bonham ISD officials monitor the weather and road conditions in all parts of the District.  The determination to delay or close school can be based on road conditions in any part of the District.  If one bus cannot complete a route safely, a decision must be made based on this route for the entire District. Considerations also include the safety of our young student drivers and the parents that would be navigating these same roads.  Some of you are seeing clear roadways this morning and some would be driving in conditions in which  I would not place my own children.  Therefore, I am making the decision to close school today, Thursday, February 11th, based on the conditions for 4 of our bus routes.  

There will be no remote instruction offered today. Stay safe and warm.
