Suzanne Kennedy named Principal of the Bailey Inglish Early Childhood Center

The Bonham ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve Mrs. Suzanne Kennedy as Principal of the Bailey Inglish Early Childhood Center beginning July 1, 2022, as current Principal Rory Hilliard moves to the Finley-Oates Elementary campus. Mrs. Kennedy has 28 years of experience in education with 26 of those being in Bonham ISD. She taught Head Start at Bailey Inglish and Kindergarten and 1st grade at Finley-Oates Elementary. Mrs. Kennedy also provided reading and math intervention during her time at Finley-Oates. She has served as Assistant Principal/Education Coordinator at Bailey Inglish for the last four years.

Mrs. Kennedy states, “My first teaching assignment in Bonham ISD was in the Head Start program at Bailey Inglish. I am truly honored to be taking on this Principal role at the place where my first experiences with early childhood education started and where my ties to a loving community began.”

Bonham ISD is honored to have Mrs. Kennedy serve in this new role and we look forward to the positive impact she will have on BISD.
